Delivery Fee
Delivery within West Malaysia is RM10, East Malaysia is RM18, and Singapore is RM30. These flat rates apply to all orders, no matter the size or weight.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied once your order reaches the minimum amount, no promo code needed.

Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your parcel is shipped, we will email you the tracking details, and you can follow your delivery through the link provided or on the courier’s website.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or public holidays.
Order Processing Time
We pack and process orders within 1 to 3 working days. Orders made after 12 pm will be processed the next working day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel is on the way.
Courier Partners
We ship mainly with Ninja Van and DHL eCommerce, depending on your location. Your parcel will be assigned to the most suitable courier to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within Malaysia and Singapore. We are working towards expanding our delivery coverage in the future.
If Your Order Has Not Arrived
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, simply reach out to us with your order number and tracking number. We will help you check with the courier and update you with the latest information.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please email us at hello@shopheythreads.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made if the parcel has not been shipped.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to incomplete addresses or repeated failed deliveries, we will contact you once it arrives back at our store. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and items and send them to us. We will look into it immediately and assist with the next steps.
