What is Heythreads Membership Rewards?

It’s our way of saying thank you. As a member, you earn points when you shop and redeem rewards along the way.

How do I join?

Simply create an account on our website. Membership is free.

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on eligible purchases.

Points are credited after your order is completed and not returned.

What purchases are eligible for points?

Points are earned on regular-priced items.

Shipping fees, taxes, cancelled orders and refunded orders are not eligible.

If a voucher or discount is used, points are calculated based on the final amount paid.

How do I redeem my points?

Every 500 points can be redeemed for an RM5 voucher, with no minimum spend required.

To use your reward, you must redeem the voucher first via the Membership page.

Once redeemed, the voucher will be automatically applied at checkout (if eligible).

Vouchers that are not redeemed in advance will not be applied at checkout.

Can I use more than one voucher in a single order?

Unless stated otherwise, only one voucher can be used per order.

Can reward vouchers be stacked with other promotions?

Reward vouchers cannot be stacked with other discount codes unless stated otherwise.

When will my points be credited?

Points are credited after your order is confirmed as completed.

If an item is returned, the corresponding points will be deducted.

Do points expire?

Yes. Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.

Expired points cannot be reinstated.

What happens if I return or cancel an order?

If an order is cancelled or refunded, points earned from that order will be removed.

Vouchers used on refunded orders will not be reissued.

What is the birthday reward?

Members receive a birthday voucher during their birthday month.

How do I receive my birthday voucher?

You must enter your birthday in your account profile to be eligible.

When will I receive my birthday voucher after updating my birthday?

Birthday vouchers are issued 30 days after your birthday is updated in your account.

This is to prevent misuse and ensure fairness for all members.

Can I change my birthday after entering it?

Your birthday should be entered accurately.

Repeated changes may result in birthday rewards being withheld.

Can I transfer my points or vouchers to someone else?

No. Points and vouchers are non-transferable and tied to your registered account.

Can points be exchanged for cash?

No. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Does my membership expire?

Membership does not expire, but points and vouchers are subject to validity periods.

Can Heythreads change the membership program?

Yes. Heythreads reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the rewards program, benefits or terms at any time without prior notice.
